Responsibilities

— Maintain an efficient e-filing system and keep files up-to-date.

— Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.

— Arrange internal and external video calls.

— Attend internal meetings and follow up agreed actions.

— Prepare presentation decks if required.

— Control tasks status within different departments.

— Other assignments.

Requirements

— Upper Intermediate level of English.

— Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

— Experience in working with Miro or other similar tools.

— Experience in working with Pipedrive CRM will be a plus.

— Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

— Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills.

— Attention to details and accuracy.
