— Brainstorm, research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
— Collaborate closely with the team to define buyer personas, value proposition, messaging, and content needs;
— Generate MQLs by developing and executing outbound campaigns;
— Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in Pipedrive;
— Support Head of Lead Generation in onboarding, coaching, and developing new talents;
— Stay up to date with the latest industry and lead generation trends.
— 1+ year of sales experience (SDR, leadgen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales or BDR);
— At least 1 year of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales in B2B;
— Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and procedures;
— Willingness to take ownership and execute;

— Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities;
— At least Upper-intermediate English level.
— Lead Generation experience working with Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, Expandi, Snov.io, and Apollo;
— Prospecting experience leveraging Slack groups, Reddit, Quora, FB, etc.;
— Experience with Account-Based Marketing;
— Experience in selling IT services.
