Business Analyst / Product Manager
Orangesoft is looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager who combines hands-on project execution skills with a proactive mindset and deep care for quality delivery. You'll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients while being embedded in a company culture that values transparency, curiosity, and shared ownership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in software development
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare domain
- Technical background or understanding of software architecture
- PMP, CSPO, or similar certification
- Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features
- Facilitate communication between development teams and clients
