Business Analyst/Project Manager
Orangesoft is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager who combines hands-on project execution with analytical expertise and a proactive mindset for quality delivery. You'll lead cross-functional teams, shape product requirements, and collaborate closely with clients in a transparent, curiosity-driven company culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years as Business Analyst or Project Manager in software development.
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and hands-on experience
- Requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management
- Experience leading teams of 5+ people (dev, design, QA)
- Experience with project profitability
- English B2+ for client/stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- Healthcare experience. Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR
- PMP, CSPO, Scrum Master certification
- Technical background (software development understanding)
- Experience with remote/distributed teams
Scope of work
- Define product vision, gather/document business requirements
- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and cross-functional teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Prioritize backlog, track KPIs, provide status reports to clients
- Serve as primary client contact and problem-solver
