Head of Full-Stack Department

Hello! I'm Veaceslav, CTO at Orangesoft, and I'm looking for a passionate Head of Full-Stack department to join our team.

Currently, our team consists of 8 frontend/backend specialists. We use various modern technologies to develop our web & backend applications based on Node.js (Nest) for the backend and React/Redux for the frontend. I prefer to work with professionals with a can-do attitude who have more knowledge than me and are willing to share their expertise openly.

My goal is to hire a proactive, hands-on manager and leader ready to grow and develop the team, propose ideas, and participate in the development process.
