Middle+ Project Manager
Orangesoft is looking for a Middle+ Project Manager who combines hands-on project execution skills with a proactive mindset and deep care for quality delivery. You'll lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with clients while being embedded in a company culture that values transparency, curiosity, and shared ownership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience in IT/software development
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 5+ people
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2+)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other PM tools
- Risk management and problem-solving skills
- Budget and timeline management experience
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or fintech projects
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
- Technical background in software development
- Experience with distributed/remote teams
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects on time and within budget
- Manage project scope, schedule, and resources
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports
